The Pr1me Performance Program ( PPP)

Looking to become bigger? Quicker? Stronger? Faster? Athletes, individuals, and team members of any sport starting at age 13 can participate in Dr. Kuntz’s Pr1me Performance Training Program. Emphases that Dr. Kuntz places in his Performance Program include

  1. Power
  2. Strength
  3. Motor Coordination
  4. Motor Control
  5. Agility
  6. Sport Specific Movements

Dr. Kuntz is currently accepting individuals and / or Teams of any sport to assist in their ropes
performance training. He is open to speaking with the coach or parent prior to their performance training to determine what goals he / she has.

Pr1me Movement’s Semi-Private Personal Training is a popular means of the Performance Program as it allows up to 3 athletes to train at once.

A 1x a week, 6 week program is usually suggested as a minimum to start to see results although 12 weeks are preferred.
